About Battery Recycling Solutions (BRS)
We extract critical and valuable materials from end-of-life batteries or production scrap as efficiently as possible and reintroduce them in the battery materials supply chain. What you will be doing
As Supply Chain Manager you will play a key role in optimizing the end-to-end supply chain processes to ensure visibility on material flows, inventory & operational capacities thereby creating efficiencies, improve performance & cost-effectiveness!
You will be responsible to set-up the S&OP systems & processes, tools and coordination meetings with several internal & external stakeholders. Together with R&D, you will lead the development of future proof production planning tool.
You will coordinate between various internal stakeholders and lead the operational management ofexternal service partners in the value chain of Battery Recycling.
You will lead, inspire and coach the supply chain team .

More detailed responsibilities in the design of the Supply Chain Process of the future :

• Definition of the supply chain objectives
• Conduction of the supply chain analysis : evaluation of the current state and identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Consider factors such as existing processes, infrastructure, technology. Create Supply Chain roadmap for the coming years to increase effectiveness in terms of quality, standard procedures and systems.
• Creation of the structure for the short (S&OE), medium (S&OP) and BOP planning. Clearly define roles and responsibilities and set-up of supply chain calendar.
• Lead the development of supply chain tools to visualize supply chain flows and follow-up on forecasts. Lead the development of the production planning tool in close collaboration with R&D and production.
• Together with Business IT, support the SAP Roadmap and design of the supply chain processes of the future. Responsible for selection & implementation of supply chain technologies (eg Anaplan).
• Coach the team in the operational management of external partners, thereby creating standardized working procedures to ensure compliance with sub-supplier management systems.

Who we are looking for

• Master degree in business, engineering or other, with confirmed experience (+ 10 years) in supply chain management. Proven experience or affinity via masters degree in a chemical/metallurgical production environment is a must.
• Validated experience with several of the following processes: inventory management, supply chain management, supply planning (Anaplan,..) is required. Proven experience in handling complexity and identifying process gaps based on data or root cause analysis. Predicting risk/impact based on changes in demand, supply or production requirements
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas.
• Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from raw data
• You are a great teammate with people management experience, including strong interpersonal and leadership skills and you have acted already as a change agent
• Easy and open communication both with internal as well as external partners to guarantee alignment over the full value chain
• You are fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is also a plus
