What you will be doing 

As a clerk you will provide  all purchasing management services and education plans.

Also provides service needed for analysis operation(training plan, document management service), manage the history stock, KPI and other office support work.

Also you will :

• Performs the administrative work on Purchases (SC,PO,GR…)
• Follow-up non-conformity of purchase and coordinate/communicate with internal and supplier
• Govern the lab Utilities (ventilation, scrubber…) and lab media (gasses…)
• Support management with administrative work (visitor admin, attendance check…)
• Support LIMS management work (Manage history sample...)
• Provide the all document management services
• Control the training schedule and re-qualification of lab personnel
• Manageme of monthly KPI value

• Over junior college or equals level
• Purchase management skill
• Logical thinking
• Problem solving
• Change management
• Basic statistical software (Excel)
• English in written and spoken
