Agreement on accompanying measures

Umicore announced cost-cutting measures in early November. Umicore entered into discussions with the trade unions and representatives of the Belgian works councils and offered support to potentially affected employees.

Representatives of the unions and Umicore reached an agreement on accompanying measures following constructive discussions and the information and consultation phase has been formally concluded. We will now begin further implementation with all stakeholders.
