What you will do

We are seeking a Digital Transformation Manager to lead a strategic AI-driven transformation program for product industrializations. This role is dedicated to overseeing the full lifecycle of an AI initiative, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering measurable impact. The manager will be responsible for driving change, coordinating cross-functional teams, reporting progress to senior stakeholders, and ensuring successful adoption of AI solutions across the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Functional knowledge on Data & AI
    • Understanding of Data Ecosystems (Data architecture, integration points, data flows, etc.)
    • Voice and promote key Data concepts like, Data governance, quality, AI& Advanced Analytics
    • Able to capture Business requirements into functional descriptions for development teams – act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
    • Familiar with tools like PowerBI, Azure, Databricks, Aveva PI, etc.
  • Progress Monitoring and Tracking
    • Monitor progress with local Points of Contact (POC) and Development teams (PODs/ Functional analysts/ Corporate supporting team) to ensure milestones are met
    • Utilize project management tools to track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
    • Serve as the primary escalation point for the development teams and Process Technology local teams (impacted business team), addressing issues promptly and effectively
    • Facilitate resolution of conflicts and challenges that arise during project execution
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Provide regular updates on project progress to Steerco Members, Local Leadership per plant, and other stakeholders within the wider organization
    • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate progress, challenges, and achievements
    • Raise awareness among local stakeholders about the transformation initiative and its impact
  • Vision and Goal Communication:
    • Clearly articulate the project vision and goals to all team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in
    • Develop and deliver communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged
  • Roadmap and Governance Development:
    • Collaborate with development teams to create an end-to-end roadmap for development activities
    • Co-Develop with business & development teams functional solutions
    • Establish governance structures, including both project mode (Local Key Users, Testers, etc.) and sustain mode processes for updates/new requirements.
  • Change Management:
    • Lead change management efforts by identifying required trainings, communicating upcoming releases, and engaging with local users to understand and address pain points.
    • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes.

 

Who we are looking for

  • Relevant working experience (2-4 years) with exposure to industrial activities, processes and technology
  • Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Self-driven, analytical mind and problem-solving skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments.
  • Experienced in delivering projects, project management, change management, and governance setup.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
  • A solid understanding of data-related topics, including Generative AI, Power BI, and data modeling.
  • Master degree preferably in Business, Economics or Engineering.
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken).
