What you will be doing

 

As a Talent Development Professional, you will play a key role in shaping meaningful development experiences for our people. You will support one of our business groups in rolling out global talent and learning initiatives while also driving group‑specific projects that respond to their needs. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to deepen their expertise in Talent Development through hands‑on work with business leaders.

 

In close collaboration with our Global Talent CoE, you will build Talent capability across your Business Group. You will prepare materials, coordinate global processes, and support the delivery of learning and talent activities. You will gather insights on existing talent processes, help design new ones, prepare and analyze data, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our tools and methods.

 

You will work with colleagues across regions and functions, helping to communicate updates, facilitate knowledge sharing, and bring consistency to how we develop talent across Umicore. As you grow in this role, you will take increasing ownership of projects and expand your impact through coaching, exposure to diverse initiatives, and real opportunities to shape how we enable growth in our organization.
