Start your career at Umicore and discover yourself as a professional in our two-year Young Graduate Program. You will have the opportunity to learn from our colleagues and gain experience in different projects across our Belgian sites. You will join our company and follow a specific training curriculum. Throughout the program, you will be mentored by an experienced buddy. At the end of the program, we will match your interests and experience with a permanent position within Umicore Group.
Technical Young Graduate Program
In this program, we prepare new engineers for a clearly predefined management position in a technical field. Required skills differ depending on the business unit, but all Technical Young Graduates will be coached during a specifically designed development program spread over different units and locations in Belgium.
Business Young Graduate Program
In this program we prepare young people with a recent master’s in business to be future leaders within Umicore. You will be coached and supported during two projects at two different sites by Umicore experts and by one of our former Young Graduates, your buddy. After successful completion of your projects, we will assess your development and potential together and support you through your internal application towards an appropriate managerial role that is in line with your strengths and interests.
