Applications to Umicore are always submitted online. Please go to our jobs website, take a look at the vacancies and decide which one you would like to apply for. Be sure you have an up-to-date CV and cover letter, so that you can upload them and complete your application.
If your application is submitted correctly, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. The recruitment team will then follow up on your application and keep you informed of its progress.
The application process
If we find your CV and cover letter convincing, we will invite you for a video interview. During the interview, we will get to know each other. You will also have to take some tests before we proceed to the next step.
If you are successful, a second interview will follow at one of our sites. There you will find out more about the workplace, meet the management and undergo a medical exam. We also ask you to provide a certificate of good conduct.
If all goes well, you will be offered a contract.

You are now a member of the Umicore family. On your first day, we will be there for you. We will welcome you to the site, show you around and provide you with the necessary practical information about safety, processes, work clothes, and more.
Then you can get straight to work. If you have any questions along the way, you can always turn to your colleagues or People & Organization team for the site.
