What you will be doing
We’re looking for a Transformation Manager to help shape how our organization evolves, grows, and delivers impact. In this role, you’ll lead enterprise‑level transformation initiatives, design future‑ready structures and operating models, and enable smarter, data‑driven decision‑making across the business.
- Lead end‑to‑end transformation projects, from concept to stabilization.
- Design scalable and sustainable organizational structures, roles, and reporting lines.
- Evolve operating models, governance, and ways of working to support long‑term effectiveness.
- Translate organizational data into insights that guide strategic decisions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes through digital tools, automation, and AI.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and senior leaders to align design choices with business needs.
- Facilitate workshops that drive clarity, alignment, and co‑creation.
- Deliver change management, communication, and training plans that support adoption.
- Build OD and transformation capability across HRBPs and leaders.
Who we are looking for
- 10+ years of experience in organization design, operating models, job architecture, or transformation.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Proven leadership of complex, cross‑functional transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into strategic insights.
- Understanding of digital enablement, automation, and AI‑supported processes.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A strategic, consultative mindset with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Experience embedding new ways of working and measuring change outcomes.
