What you will be doing
We are looking for a senior, seasoned internal communications leader who can drive leadership communication and engagement across a global organization. As Head of Internal Communications, you will design and deliver a global internal communications strategy that aligns employees around vision, purpose, and change.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and elevate leadership communication across the organization, ensuring messages are clear, credible, consistent, and aligned with business.
- Enable and coach leaders at all levels to communicate with authenticity, confidence, and impact.
- Strengthen two‑way dialogue and employee engagement across teams, regions, and cultures.
- Redefine and evolve the global internal communications network to create a best‑in‑class matrix model.
- Oversee, create, and deploy digital stories, messages, and campaigns that reinforce a compelling corporate narrative.
- Ensure consistency and cultural relevance across platforms, teams, and regions.
- Provide strategic internal communications advice to senior management, regions, and sites.
- Drive transformation and change communication strategies across a complex, global environment.
Who we are looking for
- University or Master’s degree in Communications or a related discipline Experience
- 15+ years in corporate communications or agency environment, ideally in an industrial/production multinational.
- Deep expertise in internal communications, leadership communication, and change management.
- Proven credibility with Executive Leadership Teams and senior management.
- Strong strategic communication planning and execution capabilities.
- Excellent storytelling, speechwriting, and editorial authority.
- Superior project management skills.
- Digital and enterprise communication platform savvy.
- Native-level English; additional languages are an asset.
- Strong understanding of organizational culture, employee needs, and internal sensitivities.
- Comfortable in the role of a trusted advisor, coach and mentor.
- Strategic thinker with cross-functional and cross-cultural awareness.
- Strong change management capabilities.
- Able to create impact and drive transformation.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving environments.
- Results-driven with strong ownership and accountability mindset.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in complex circumstances.
